Thank you for shopping with Ahoo. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you may request a return under the terms outlined below.


1. Return Period

You may return eligible items within 14 days of receiving your order. Returns requested after 14 days will not be accepted.


2. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition.
  • All tags, labels, and packaging must be intact.
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Final sale or clearance items
  • Items with visible signs of wear, damage, or alterations

3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact our support team at info@ahoowear.com with your order number.
  2. Wait for confirmation and instructions on how to ship your return.
  3. Pack your item securely and ship it to the address provided.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part.


4. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.

Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. Shipping fees are non-refundable.


5. Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you want a different size or color, please return the item and place a new order.


6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will cover return shipping costs for these cases.
